A top international law firm are seeking a Risk and Compliance Lawyer to join its Office of General Counsel (OGC) in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with fee-earning experience to transition into, or advance within, a dynamic in-house general counsel function at one of the world's leading international law firms.
Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel in London, you will play a central part in supporting the firm's regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities are varied and include:
- Regulatory Compliance and Professional Ethics
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Data Privacy
- Client and Commercial Documentation
- Training and Knowledge Management
Qualifications: You must be a qualified lawyer, either an England and Wales qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE. Risk and compliance experience is advantageous but not essential. Experience in areas such as data protection and commercial contracts will be preferred.
