THE ROLEThis is a broad leadership role with responsibility for providing commercially focused legal support across a diverse range of matters, including:
- Advising on complex commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
- Supporting customer-facing products and services
- Supporting corporate advisory work
- Supporting governance and company secretarial matters
- Leading and developing a high-performing legal team
- Driving legal operations improvements, innovation and the effective use of AI and technology
