The Role
You will work across a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:

About You
The team is seeking candidates who:
- Are UK-qualified (or common law qualified) with 3–5 PQE in corporate M&A or projects
- Have trained and qualified at a City, Magic Circle or leading international firm
- Bring strong transactional and negotiation skills, combined with excellent drafting ability
- Are commercially minded and able to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
- Have an interest in infrastructure, energy and renewables sectors
