- Acting on complex, high-value and often cross-border trust and estate disputes
- Advising on challenges to wills, breach of trust claims, fiduciary duty issues, and succession disputes
- Managing your own caseload while assisting senior lawyers on significant, high-profile cases
- Drafting pleadings and correspondence, engaging in mediations and court hearings
- Playing an active role in business development initiatives
What They’re Looking For:
- 4-5 years’ PQE with contentious trusts and probate experience
- Strong technical ability, drafting skills and attention to detail
