About the Role:
As Senior Legal Counsel , you’ll play a key role in advising on complex commercial and technology matters. You’ll lead high-value sourcing and tech transactions (including outsourcing, cloud, and software deals), and collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and finance. The role also involves working with senior leadership, government, and regulatory bodies in a highly regulated environment.

You’ll bring strong in-house legal experience, ideally with a background in TMT from a reputable private practice. You’ll have a solid track record in commercial and procurement law, particularly in leading multi-million-pound technology transactions.
