An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading international organisation in a newly created legal position focused on artificial intelligence and emerging technology regulation.
This strategic role will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, including technology, risk, compliance and business leadership teams.
Key responsibilities will include: Advising on the legal and regulatory implications of AI and emerging technologies across multiple jurisdictions.
Supporting the development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies and controls that facilitate innovation while maintaining appropriate regulatory oversight.
Monitoring and interpreting legislative and regulatory developments, providing practical guidance to stakeholders on their impact.
Contributing to the organisation's approach to responsible AI adoption, governance and risk management.
Advising on interactions with regulators, including enquiries, reviews and other regulatory matters relating to AI and technology oversight.
Collaborating with legal colleagues and business teams on contractual issues relating to AI solutions, technology services and third-party arrangements.
Providing strategic guidance on legal risks associated with the deployment and use of AI technologies.
