Our client is renowned for its innovation and excellence. With a strong market reputation and a commitment to delivering outstanding service; they are seeking a commercial Lawyer to join their legal team.

About the Opportunity:

This senior role will support the business to deliver its growth strategy. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial legal work. You will lead, review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, operational services and infrastructure outsourcing contracts. You will be proactive with a business and solution-oriented approach to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and legal team.

About you:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 PQE, having trained in a top UK law firm or with gained with a multinational organisation. Experience within the automation, logistics, transportation or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous. Our client is open to candidates within Private Practice. Ideally you would have experience of working autonomously in a fast-paced corporate/commercial in-house environment. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute and enjoys bringing a commercial slant to their practice.
