An exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a FTSE market leading food service company with an established brand portfolio. The company provides a range of food and support services across the core sectors of Business & Industry, Healthcare & Seniors, Education, Sports & Leisure, Defence and Offshore & Remote.
About the Role:
This role will be reporting to the Head of Group Legal and working closely alongside the Commercial M&A team. You will be advising on a wide range of international M&A activities, including complex acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures. You will be responsible for providing proactive, commercially focused legal advice, managing external counsel, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Stakeholder management is a key facet of this role, and the successful candidate will show strong leadership capability. This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned transactor who is looking for varied international work in a large corporate setting.
