What you\’ll be doing:

• Leading complex litigation and arbitration matters.
• Advising clients on shareholder, joint venture, and private equity disputes.
• Handling banking, funds, and finance litigation including derivatives and structured finance.
• Managing professional services disputes involving investment managers, solicitors, and accountants.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.
