This is a permanent position within the Risk and Compliance team, based in London. The role involves managing complex compliance issues, leading risk-related projects and promoting a culture of compliance across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory compliance, ethics, data protection and conflicts of interest
- Support senior leadership in embedding a positive compliance culture
- Lead and manage risk-related projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyse compliance data to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain and update legal documentation and internal policies
- Prepare reports and escalate high-risk matters to the Risk Committee
- Mentor and support junior team members
Skills & Experience
- Experience in legal risk and compliance
- Good knowledge of the SRA and professional standards
- Experience in managing or coaching others is desirable but not essential
