A fantastic law firm is seeking a Risk and Compliance Lawyer for their established team in Bristol. This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, with a particular emphasis on contract management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and advise on client engagement terms and compliance with internal and external policies
- Support business development initiatives from a risk perspective
- Maintain and enhance compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and implement necessary updates
- Deliver training and raise awareness of compliance issues
- Provide legal research and advice on regulatory matters (e.g., SRA regulations)
