Taylor Root has recently partnered with a specialist, full-service law firm based in the City that is seeking an experienced Residential Paralegal to join its London office on a permanent basis.
The role sits within the firm’s well-established private client practice, which advises individuals, investors and landlords across the full lifecycle of residential property ownership. The firm is recognised as a UK Top 100 law firm and has built a strong reputation for its residential property offering. Client feedback consistently highlights its responsiveness, clear communication and proactive approach to progressing transactions, particularly at key stages such as exchange and completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded specialist firm with a strong market reputation. While progression is not guaranteed, there is a likelihood of development into a trainee solicitor position, as the firm no longer recruits for training contracts externally.
The successful candidate will typically have at least 12 months’ experience in a residential paralegal role, ideally gained at a Legal 500 law firm. You will provide an important link between the client and the firm, having responsibility for aspects of file management, under supervision.
