A leading regional law firm with a strong presence across the Thames Valley is seeking an experienced Residential Property lawyer (5+ PQE, including CILEX and Licensed Conveyancers) to join its established team in Reading. The role sits within a high‑performing residential property group handling a broad caseload of sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity and first registrations.
Responsibilities
- You will manage your own matters with autonomy while supervising and developing junior colleagues, contributing to the team’s collaborative culture and high standards of client care.
- Strong technical ability, excellent drafting skills and the confidence to build and manage client relationships are essential.
- Experience in business development, including developing referral networks, nurturing introducer relationships and contributing to the team’s wider growth initiatives, is essential.
