Real Estate (Plot Sales) Paralegal – Leading UK Law Firm – London

Taylor Root have partnered with a leading UK law firm who are looking to add headcount into their Real Estate practice group in London. This role will be offered on a permanent basis and will pay between £30,000 – £40,000 DOE.

The Firm

A long-established city based law firm with over a century of experience under its belt, our client has maintained a small (ish) headcount which certainly does not reflect the work this firm is involved in. The firm have made a name for themselves in private wealth, real estate and dispute resolution which hasn’t gone unnoticed, being well represented in the L500 and Chambers.

The Team

The firms Commercial Real Estate is recommended by the Legal 500 and Chambers and has significant experience representing for residential developers, property developers, landlords, clients with large portfolio and severing wealth funds. They are regularly advising acquisitions, financings and developments in London.

The Role

You will provide legal and administrative support on new build developments and predominantly on plot sales, which will include:

• Case administration and document management
• Preparing draft contracts and leases
• Corresponding with other parties, clients and agents
• Updating case management trackers
• Exchanging contracts
• Preparing completion statements
• Handling completions
• Preparing Land Registry forms

The Ideal Candidate

You must have previous experience working in plot sales work, from either a commercial or residential background. Ideally this experience will have been gained from another recognised real estate practice or a leading a regional firm.
