The team is consistently recognised in the legal directories for its expertise and advises a broad client base, including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, trustees, corporates, and high‑net‑worth individuals.

The practice handles a mix of commercial and high‑value residential property litigation, covering matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, rights of light, restrictive covenants, lease renewals, break notices, and asset management‑related disputes. Work is often complex and high value, with real responsibility and early exposure to significant matters.

This role sits within a close‑knit, well‑established disputes team. you'll work directly with senior lawyers who are known for their technical strength, collaborative approach, and genuine investment in junior team members. The environment is supportive but demanding, with scope to develop both technically and commercially.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in property litigation, gained at a recognised real estate disputes practice. You should be confident handling matters with a degree of autonomy, have strong drafting and analytical skills, and be comfortable managing client relationships.
