A leading international law firm is seeking two exceptional real estate lawyers to join its high-performing London team. These roles offer exposure to a broad range of complex and high-value real estate transactions across investment, asset management, and development.

The team advises a sophisticated client base including institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and asset managers on landmark projects and strategic investments across sectors such as logistics, retail, offices, hospitality, and data centres.

Role 1: Mid-Level Associate (3–6 PQE)

This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to deepen their expertise across a broad spectrum of real estate work. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and development projects, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to client strategy.

Role 2: Senior Associate (5+ PQE)

This senior position involves leading on major transactions, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice. You’ll be expected to supervise junior lawyers, drive business development, and deliver commercially focused advice across a range of asset classes.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and experience in investment, development, and asset management. A collaborative mindset and ability to manage complex transactions are essential. Experience working with private equity clients or on cross-border matters is advantageous.
