An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded Property Litigation Team at a top-tier national firm in Birmingham. This role offers hybrid working and the chance to handle a broad range of high-quality work for prestigious clients. Key Responsibilities: Advising on landlord and tenant disputes , including lease renewals, breaches, and rent recovery. Managing dilapidations claims, possession proceedings , and other contentious property matters. Handling disputes involving commercial property portfolios across various sectors. Providing guidance on complex property litigation matters, including rights of way, easements, and boundary disputes. Desirable Experience: While not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: Advising on the Building Safety Act and its implications.
