Key Responsibilities: Advising on landlord and tenant disputes , including lease renewals, breaches, and rent recovery. Managing dilapidations claims, possession proceedings , and other contentious property matters. Handling disputes involving commercial property portfolios across various sectors. Providing guidance on complex property litigation matters, including rights of way, easements, and boundary disputes. Desirable Experience: While not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: Advising on the Building Safety Act and its implications.
