Job DescriptionTaylor Root is delighted to be partnering with a global law firm to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate (1–3 PQE) for its London office.This hire will join a team known for advising both lenders and sponsors on a wide range of financing transactions. The practice has particular expertise in project and infrastructure finance, as well as export finance, debt finance, and real estate finance. The team is especially active across the energy, natural resources, mining, and transport sectors.The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years PQE and have solid experience in project or infrastructure finance, gained within a well-regarded law firm. Familiarity with PPP/PFI structures and cross-border transactions in the energy or natural resources sectors would be beneficial, though not essential.This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters across both emerging and developed markets, frequently involving multilaterals, funds, and government entities.
