A private equity firm is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Assist with release letters
- Obtain and maintain post-completion legal documentation
- Update and manage the securities register and securities database
- Produce reports, memos, letters, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
- Conduct legal research using recognised tools and databases
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Paralegal in a commercial or corporate legal environment
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and transaction processes
- Proficient in legal research tools and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
