A private equity company is looking to appoint a Paralegal in London on a 3-month contract to start ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and make a valuable contribution to the successful functioning of the legal team.
Duties will include:
- Setting up a contract management system
- Assisting with document negotiation
- Drafting and reviewing NDAs and engagement letters
- Reviewing technology contracts
- Conducting legal research on a broad range of matters
You will be a Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year experience within an In-house organisation. Experience of technology contracts is essential. It is essential to be able to demonstrate a pragmatic solutions-based approach and strong relationship building skills combined with excellent communication skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, acting with a degree of independence whilst being part of a supportive and collegiate culture. You must have the flexibility and drive to support a multidisciplinary team.
