Operational Risk Manager | London, UK

A boutique, rapidly growing investment management firm is looking for an Operational Risk Manager to join their team in London. This is a permanent, full time opportunity. £80,000-£100,000+ base salary plus excellent bonus and benefits. Requires 4 days per week in the office.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the Operational Risk framework, maintaining the risk register and incident records, and generally driving forward the company’s operational risk agenda.

This is a senior position that reports directly into the global CRO, with plenty of senior stakeholder interaction and collaboration.

Experience required:

• 6+ years relevant risk experience
• Operational (middle/back office) experience would be desirable
• Fixed Income asset class knowledge/ experience ideally
