A leading full-service construction law team is seeking an Associate (2-4PQE) to join its London office.

The team has a strong UK and international presence, advising on both transactional and dispute-related matters. Clients include real estate developers, housebuilders, contractors, engineering consultancies, and private individuals involved in high-value residential projects.

The role focuses primarily on non-contentious work, including procurement and drafting of construction contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, guarantees, and bonds. The successful candidate will also provide strategic advice on dispute avoidance and resolution, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation, and expert determination. There will be opportunities to act on complex, high-value disputes involving final account claims, delays, defects, insolvency, and insurance-related issues.
