The firm is looking for a UK-qualified solicitor with ideally 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law. The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of development and construction projects, supporting real estate clients with high-quality, complex work.
This role is suited to someone currently at a recognised or top-tier real estate or construction law firm, with a strong grounding in non-contentious construction from a real estate (rather than projects or energy) perspective.
Candidate Profile
- UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE
- Strong experience in non-contentious construction law within UK private practice
- Background in real estate-focused construction work
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Full UK working rights
