Our client is renowned for its innovation and excellence within the critical infrastructure sector. With a market leading reputation, it is leading the way in developing high performance infrastructure for AI start-up and enterprise customers. They are seeking a Senior Construction (non-contentious) Lawyer to join their legal team.

The Senior Construction lawyer will play a fundamental part in leading the end‑to‑end design, development, and delivery of data centre infrastructure across the UK and EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing design, engineering, construction, procurement, and vendor management, ensuring that all facilities are delivered on time, within budget, and to world‑class standards of quality, safety, and operational performance.

The candidate must bring a proactive, business and solution-oriented mindset to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and specifically within the wider legal team.

The successful candidate will have at least 15 PQE, having trained in a top UK law firm. Ideally, with experience within the construction, infrastructure and property sectors. Strong experience in non-contentious construction, major infrastructure, or large‑scale industrial development. Extensive experience leading large‑scale data centre or mission‑critical infrastructure design and construction programmes. In addition to significant experience in colocation contracting, vendor, facilities management, procurement, and commercial negotiation.
