You will:
- Advise Board & Exec on governance, regulation, and risk
- Lead Board & Committee governance (FCA / SMCR)
- Support strategic change, M&A, and global governance
You will have:
- Significant FCA-regulated experience
- Proven Board-level advisory background
- Strong leadership & stakeholder influence
- CGI (or equivalent)
