A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Structured Project Finance Associate to join its London Projects team. This role offers exposure to complex, high‑value transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, providing an excellent platform for developing specialist expertise in a growing and strategically important area.
The Team:
The firm’s Projects practice advises on the financing, development and acquisition of major infrastructure and energy assets in the UK and internationally. The team acts for a wide range of clients, including banks, sponsors, developers, funds and institutional investors, and is particularly active in sectors such as renewable energy, transport, utilities and digital infrastructure. The Role:
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting project finance transactions from early stage structuring through to financial close and post‑completion matters. Work will include:

- Supporting transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors, including renewables and low‑carbon projects
- Assisting with ongoing asset‑level and operational matters
- Working on cross‑border transactions involving multiple stakeholders
