An outstanding opportunity has become available for a 5+ PQE Structured Finance Associate to join a highly regarded international law firm in London with a strong reputation for complex, innovative financing work.
The structured finance team advises banks, funds, and financial institutions on a wide range of sophisticated transactions, including securitisations, receivables financings, warehouse facilities, and other capital markets–driven structures. The practice is well integrated with the firm’s broader finance offering and is known for handling technically challenging matters at the cutting edge of the market.
This role is well suited to an experienced associate looking to take on increased responsibility, play a key role in transactions, and work closely with partners on both execution and client development.
Key Requirements:- UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong background in structured finance and/or securitisation
- Experience gained at a leading City, international, or top-tier finance practice
- High level of technical ability combined with commercial awareness
