Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified (or foreign qualified with UK experience) with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong track record in employment law, including litigation at Tribunal and High Court level
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and client care skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a demanding workload
- Commercially minded and proactive approach
