An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join the Risk Management function of a leading international law firm. This role sits within a growing team and offers exposure to complex, cross-border conflicts work within a highly collaborative environment. The position focuses on the identification, analysis and resolution of ethical and commercial conflicts, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and international teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on complex conflicts analysis and resolution in line with regulatory frameworks
- Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and international conflicts teams
- Reviewing engagement terms and drafting conflict waivers and consents
- Advising on the implementation of ethical walls and managing related documentation
