An opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Associate to join the firm’s Commercial Litigation team. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value disputes involving contractual issues, shareholder conflicts, and professional negligence, as well as an element of insolvency-related litigation forming part of the caseload (approximately 30%). You will handle significant responsibility from the outset, working closely with experienced partners and supporting clients in managing contentious matters with a strategic, commercial approach.
