Senior Associate | 5+PQE | Corporate Associate in London

A dynamic and growing team in London is looking to hire an experienced corporate senior solicitor (5+ PQE). This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to play a key role in delivering high-quality transactional work and supporting strategic growth.

About the role:

• Lead on complex corporate transactions and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Oversee due diligence processes, draft and negotiate key transaction documents, and manage completion.
• Supervise junior lawyers and liaise with external advisers.
• Support partners in scoping, pricing, and delivering client instructions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

The Team:

• The team advises on M&A transactions, Equity fundraising (including VC and Private equity), partnerships, Joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
• The firms’ clients range from start-ups and high-growth businesses to large private companies and listed entities.
• International opportunities including Europe, US and Middle East.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical skills and ability to deliver commercially focused advice.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ambitious, business-minded, and committed to developing client relationships.
