Advising on compliance with UK and EU regulatory frameworks, including perimeter issues, financial promotions, and compliance projects.
Supporting transformational change projects such as CRD VI, Mi FID/RIS reforms, PSD3, cryptoasset regulation, and Consumer Duty implementations.
Advising on new digital asset platforms and regulatory strategy, licence applications, remediation projects, and compliance frameworks.
Engaging on issues affecting banks, asset managers, brokers, payment/ e-money services, trading platforms, fintech firms, and retail intermediaries.

1-4 years’ PQE gained in financial services regulation, ideally from a leading law firm or in-house financial institution.
