A leading UK international law firm is seeking a talented junior Real Estate Finance Associate to join its highly respected Banking & Finance team in London. The firm is recognised for advising major global corporations, financial institutions, funds and sponsors on complex, high‑value transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The environment is collaborative, commercially minded, and fast‑paced, offering excellent training, exposure to market‑leading deals, and genuine long‑term career progression.
The Role:
- Managing and supporting complex real estate finance transactions.
- Drafting loan agreements, security documents, and ancillary documents.
- Liaising directly with clients, counterparties, and other advisers.
- Preparing legal memos, reports, and structured advice.
- Working on structured real estate finance deals for both lenders and sponsors.
About You:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
- Experience acting for banks, financial institutions, investors or corporates on finance or investment transactions.
- Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with clients.
- A team‑focused approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).
