The mandate is to build out a high‑quality team beneath them, alongside an established REF practice already in place.
As part of this expansion, the firm is looking to hire multiple Associates at mid‑level, as well as a Senior Associate / Legal Director.

The partners are actively growing their practice and are committed to developing the team around them, offering strong exposure, responsibility and progression opportunities.
The Work
The role involves advising on the full spectrum of real estate finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers. You will work with a high‑quality client base including private equity houses, private investors, banks and financial institutions, debt funds and developers. Transactions range from acquisition and development financing through to refinancings and complex, structured deals.
Candidate Profile
The firm is keen to speak with lawyers who have:
- Between 2 to 8 years PQE
- Solid experience in real estate finance work gained at a reputable city, national or international law firm
- Exposure to lender and borrower‑side transactions would be beneficial
- The ability to run matters, manage workstreams and interact confidently with clients
Senior candidates will be expected to take on greater responsibility, support junior team members, and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
