A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate (2–6 years PQE) to join its dynamic and growing team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value financings across Europe and beyond, advising both lenders and sponsors on market-leading transactions.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on a broad mix of lender and sponsor-side transactions, including loan-on-loan and back-leveraged financings
- Work on pan-European and cross-border deals with direct client exposure
- Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on structuring, documentation, and negotiation
- Gain experience across diverse financing structures in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- 2–6 years’ PQE in real estate finance or related banking work
- Strong technical skills and experience from a leading law firm (Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US firm preferred)
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- International candidates (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) with relevant experience are welcome
