We are working with a leading investment lawyer seeking a talented Private Funds Lawyer to join their legal team with a focus on ESG. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to step into a strategic role at the heart of a dynamic investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on private fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions with a focus on ESG
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including investment, finance, and compliance teams
- Manage relationships with external counsel and service providers
- Contribute to broader legal strategy and risk management across the platform
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified lawyer (3-12PQE)* with strong experience in private funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm or financial services business
- Good knowledge of fund structures and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Commercially astute, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels
