My client is a leading commercial real estate developer who is looking to expand their legal team. They are looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team working across the whole European business. Reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal team and contributing to the smooth operation of the legal function and wider business.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft and review a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service and supplier contracts
- Company secretarial and governance work, with assistance from an external company secretary provider
- Legal document management
- Legal operations
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong academic background
- 1+ years' corporate or commercial experience as a Paralegal
- Proven experience in contract review and drafting
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to do the tedious, detail-oriented legal work that keeps the business running efficiently
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Language skills: a benefit but not essential
