  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements relating to areas such as:
    • Festival production, ticketing, and live events
    • E-commerce, technology, and intellectual property
    • Marketing, advertising, and media
    • Property, software licensing, and IT services
  • Advising on consumer law compliance and regulatory matters

Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with excellent academic credentials, ~5 - 8 years PQE gained in a reputable law firm, strong commercial contracts experience, ideally with exposure to the entertainment, e-commerce, or technology sectors, solid understanding of contract law, commercial law, and intellectual property law.
