Taylor Root is working with a global leader in the logistics space. They’re looking ahead to a busy 2026, and they’d like to hire a senior legal consultant to focus purely on corporate projects. They need someone who can start in January, and be with them for at least 6 months. This client requires 5 days per week in their office in Southwest London or Suffolk.
The role will involve working internationally on a mixture of infrastructure projects and corporate transactions (incl. M&A, Joint Ventures, Investments). If someone has project finance experience, that would also be helpful.
Profile required:
- Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years’+ PQE.
- Ideally, someone will have spent time in the corporate M&A or projects/infrastructure team within a prominent national law firm.
- Experience in-house is preferable but not essential.
