Typical work includes:

  • Advising on complex project finance and infrastructure lending arrangements
  • Acting on portfolio financings for leading infrastructure fund managers
  • Supporting PPP structures and public-private partnerships for major regulated projects
  • Designing bespoke security packages for multi-source and ECA-backed financings
  • Coordinating on cross-border transactions for sponsors, funds, financial institutions, governments, and sovereign investors
  • Advising on significant energy transition initiatives and ESG-linked financing structures

Clients include major international lenders, institutional investors, funds, multilateral agencies, and corporates undertaking landmark transactions across global markets.
