Taylor Root is working with an elite US law firm to recruit an Incentives Associate (2β4 PQE) for its leading London practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly technical and well-structured tax and incentives team comprising a senior partner, multiple counsel and associates, as well as dedicated knowledge support. The group advises on a full spectrum of UK and international incentives matters, with particular strengths in complex corporate transactions and cross-border matters concerning the design and implementation of incentive schemes.
The Role
You will advise on the design, implementation and operation of a wide range of share plans, equity-based incentives, management incentive plans, LTIPs, and executive remuneration matters. The team is heavily involved in sophisticated cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, offering exposure to high-profile deals. The role offers exceptional technical development, direct client engagement, and early responsibility within a supportive, high-performing environment.
Key Requirements
- 2β4 PQE with strong incentives, share schemes or reward experience from a top-tier UK, US or international firm.
- Strong drafting skills, precision and an ability to handle complex structuring issues.
- Confident, commercial and able to communicate technical concepts clearly.
