A top international firm are seeking an In-House Employment Lawyer to join a collaborative, global Employment Relations team at an exciting point of change and growth. This role is ideal for an employment lawyer with around 4-5 years' PQE, either already in-house or ready to make the move from a strong employer-facing private practice background.
The Role
- Employee relations advisory work (grievances, disciplinaries, performance management)
- Managing complex and sensitive matters, including litigation and tribunal claims
- Employment aspects of restructurings and other corporate activity
- Drafting and updating contracts, templates and policies
- Advising on policy rollouts, benefits changes and exceptions
- Delivering and supporting employment law training
You'll be trusted to run matters independently and play an active role across the wider business. This is a global role, advising across multiple jurisdictions and working closely with risk, procurement and specialist support functions.
About You
- Circa 4-5 years' PQE in employment law
- Strong employer-side experience (in-house or private practice)
- Comfortable advising independently and managing a varied workload
- Experience building trusted relationships in a complex organisation
- England & Wales qualified preferred, but other comparable common law qualifications considered
