Our client is a market leading global technology business. They are seeking a Head of Corporate, M&A Legal to join their growing legal team.

About the role

The Head of Corporate, M&A Legal will serve as a senior leader within the Legal function. The successful candidate will act as a key strategic advisor to the executive team, overseeing complex transactions, capital markets activity, corporate governance, and high‑value commercial contracting. With an active pipeline of acquisitions and financing activity; this role is suited to a highly commercial, solutions‑driven legal leader with deep expertise across corporate, M&A, joint ventures, and financing matters. The candidate must bring a proactive, business and solution‑oriented mindset to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and specifically within the wider legal team.

About you

The successful candidate will have at least 15 PQE, combined across a law firm and a multinational company. Experience gained in high growth, scaling technology, data centres, fintech, gaming or platform environments. A significant track record leading complex corporate, M&A, and financing transactions. Ideally you will have experience leading multi‑billion‑dollar aggregate debt and equity financings. In addition to experience of scaling a business to IPO is desirable. You will have demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume, multi‑transaction environment in a fast‑growing business. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute and who thrives in a fast paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
