We are seeking an experienced Fund Distribution Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This role will focus on advising on fund distribution strategies for their separate account mandates across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and supporting global asset management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on the distribution and marketing of regulated funds across EMEA and other key markets.
- Draft, review, and negotiate distribution, marketing agreements and related documentation.

Requirements
