An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Senior Associate to join a highly regarded employment team with an established reputation for advising senior executives and employers on complex and high-profile workplace matters.
This role will sit within the firms dedicated senior-executive practice.
The team
The team is recognised for its expertise in senior executive disputes, strategic exits, internal investigations, whistleblowing claims, discrimination matters and complex Employment Tribunal litigation.
Clients include a broad range of organisations and senior individuals across the financial services, insurance, tech and professional services sectors.
- This role offers exposure to a diverse and intellectually challenging caseload, including:
- Advising senior executives, partners and directors on career moves, team moves and contentious departures.
- Handling high-value employment disputes, including discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims.
- Supporting clients through sensitive workplace investigations and regulatory-related employment issues.
- Advising employers on complex people matters, including senior hires, exits and risk management.
- Delivering strategic employment law advice to clients operating in highly regulated sectors.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and have strong technical employment law experience gained with a reputable employment team.
Experience acting for senior executives is essential.
Ideally you will have experience advising individuals from sectors such as financial and professional services.
