This is an excellent opportunity to work with an impressive client base including multinational corporates, technology businesses, major consumer brands and innovative start-ups on complex and business-critical data privacy matters.
You will advise clients across a broad range of data protection, privacy and cyber issues, including:
GDPR and UK data protection compliance.
Workplace privacy matters, including employee monitoring, surveillance and internal privacy policies.
Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and wider data rights issues.
Data processing agreements, vendor onboarding and privacy impact assessments.
Ad Tech, digital marketing, profiling, cookies and use of personal data.
International data transfers, standard contractual clauses and transfer risk assessments.
Data breach management, cyber incidents and regulatory investigations.
AI governance programmes, risk assessments and policy development.
Privacy governance projects, including policy implementation and privacy-by-design initiatives.
Qualified lawyer with 4+ years' PQE in data, privacy and cyber,
Strong technical knowledge of UK and EU data protection laws.
