Our client, an elite US City law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Funds Lawyer with solid experience handling Luxembourg-domiciled fund structures to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract due to an increase in workload. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-performing, high-calibre funds practice within one of the most prestigious international law firms.
The successful individual will work closely with the firm's market-leading funds team, taking on a broad range of responsibilities connected to the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of investment vehicles. The role will involve advising on:
- Investment funds (open and closed-end) across asset classes including credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital
- Co-investment structures and segregated mandates
- Managing a substantial portfolio of ongoing fund relationships
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with ideally 4 PQE (England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- Strong Credit Funds experience with solid Luxembourg-domiciled fund structures gained at a top-tier international, US or elite City firm in London
- Ability to work autonomously
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice
