Corporate & Venture Capital Associate - Leading UK Law Firm (1-4 PQE) in London

A leading law firm known for their sector-focussed approach in media & entertainment is seeking an associate to join its Venture Capital team, part of a market-leading corporate group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and corporate finance transactions, advising emerging companies and investors across the investment lifecycle.

About the Role:

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, joint ventures, and early-stage financings (including SEIS/EIS and angel investments) through to later-stage investments.
• Take on significant responsibility for smaller transactions and collaborate with senior team members on larger deals.
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the group.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–4 years’ PQE with strong academics and solid training.
• Hands-on experience in transactional corporate and venture capital work.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Keen to learn and develop, with a proactive approach to responsibility and growth.
