The role offers exposure to sophisticated advisory and transactional tax work, working closely with corporate, real estate, funds, and private wealth teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, group reorganisations, and private equity matters.
- Providing standalone tax advice to UK and international clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and privately owned businesses.
- Supporting the structuring and establishment of investment funds, partnerships, and other tax-efficient vehicles.
- Working with real estate and development teams on tax considerations relating to property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
