The firm has a strong global platform and a well‑established reputation in the oil and gas sector, advising on complex, cross‑border matters for a sophisticated client base.
The team advises a broad range of clients, including supermajors, national oil companies, independent E&P companies and commodity trading houses, on a wide spectrum of upstream work. This includes country entry strategies, equity investments, project development and alternative financing structures.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience advising on upstream oil and gas transactions, with strong expertise in drafting and negotiating key agreements, including production sharing contracts, concession agreements, JOAs, farm-in/farm-out agreements, unitisation arrangements and transportation or sales agreements.
